Over the past two years, Andy and Matt have basically remodeled the majority of my home. They came well recommended from our next door neighbors, Mark and Jean Levenick, and we began by totally redoing our second floor game room. We turned this space into a media room and added a large third level bathroom and walk-in close out of attic space. So impressed was I at how this turned out and the incredible craftsmanship that went into it, that I then asked that they totally remodel the remaining three bathrooms in our home. These were extensive and took quite a bit of time but the wait was worth it...they were absolutely gorgeous. We used high end materials and were so pleased with the outcome.

Andy and Matt replaced the siding on the second story over our garage as the old material had weathered so badly. Further, they completely repainted the exterior of our home. Their work gave our house the much needed face-lift an 11 year old home would need at this stage. So satisfied was I with all the Prudden's had done for us that I asked them to remodel my mother's home in Wellington estates. They completely gutted and upgraded the kitchen with all new cabinets and appliances complete with a faux finish on the walls, as well as repainted the entire interior of the house and put in new lighting and fans throughout. They put in a gas stove top that had previously been electric and replaced the hot water heater. Today, that home looks like new!

These past two years have shown Andy and Matt to be well skilled craftsmen in their trade with an eye for detail. Their work has been some of the best I have seen and they are in big demand around some of the finest neighborhoods in Flower Mound. Most importantly though, I have found Andy, Matt and Annette Prudden to be wonderful people who are as genuine and honest as anyone I know. I trust them implicitly and would defend them vigorously both from the standpoint of character and their quality of work. I would also invite anyone who wants to see the level of work Andy and Matt did on our home to come see for themselves.

Just wanted to send you an update regarding our estimate. Our apologies first off for being so uninformed about addition costs and what it  actually takes to build one of these. We thought maybe $20K at most. We saw other estimates in the $15K-20K on the internet and now believe those estimates to be wildly outdated.  We know your estimate is in line with current market prices and comparable to what other builders are charging.
